triton77 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• "Platform" means the triton77 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at triton77.club.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the triton77 Platform.
• "Wallet" means the virtual account balance held within a Player's triton77 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by triton77 subject to wagering requirements distinct from real-money Wallet balances.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and age verification procedures conducted by triton77 in compliance with its international gaming licence requirements.
• "Eligible Player" means a person who is at least 21 years of age, is not a resident of a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited, and has not been self-excluded from triton77.

2. Eligibility & Registration

1. You must be at least 21 years of age to register or maintain an Account on the triton77 Platform. triton77 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
2. You may register only one (1) Account on the triton77 Platform. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, household, IP address, or payment method are prohibited. triton77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances therein.
3. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
4. triton77 reserves the right to decline registration or close an existing Account in its absolute discretion and without obligation to state a reason, subject to applicable law.
5. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. triton77 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited use the Platform at their own risk and legal responsibility.

3. Account Management

1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your triton77 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
2. All transactions conducted through your triton77 Account, whether authorised by you or not, are your sole responsibility unless you have promptly notified triton77 of unauthorised access.
3. triton77 may require you to complete KYC verification at any stage, including but not limited to: prior to processing a withdrawal, upon reaching a cumulative deposit threshold, or where triton77 has reasonable grounds to verify identity. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension or Account closure.
4. Players wishing to close their Account may request closure at any time by contacting triton77 live support. Pending bets at time of closure request will be settled according to applicable rules. Funds in the Wallet at time of closure will be returned subject to completed KYC.

5. Betting Rules

1. By placing a bet or wager on the triton77 Platform, you agree to be bound by the game-specific rules applicable to that game or betting market, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
2. triton77 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where there is evidence of a technical error, market error, or manifest pricing error. Where a void is applied, the staked amount will be returned to your Wallet.
3. Bets that have been accepted and confirmed may not be cancelled or amended by the Player. Exceptions apply only where triton77 expressly permits cancellation, such as during a defined pre-event cancellation window on selected sportsbook markets.
4. triton77 reserves the right to impose bet limits, maximum payout limits, and single-event exposure limits at any time. Maximum payouts per event per account are as specified in the applicable betting market rules.
5. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event, triton77's decision, made in good faith with reference to available data and official sources, shall be final.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

1. triton77 offers promotions and bonuses at its discretion. All promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, promotion-specific terms prevail.
2. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, eligible games, and expiry dates are specified per promotion. Failure to meet conditions within the stated period results in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
3. Bonuses and promotions are available to one account per person, household, shared device, and IP address. Attempting to claim bonuses through duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
4. triton77 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active promotions through the Platform or registered email where reasonably practicable.
5. triton77 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a specific promotion at its discretion, including but not limited to Players identified as bonus abusers or engaged in arbitrage activity.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering as a minor or providing false age information
• Creating multiple Accounts for any purpose, including bonus abuse
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime
• Colluding with other Players or dealers in any game
• Placing bets on behalf of another person who is self-excluded or otherwise ineligible
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, cooling-off, or responsible gaming measure implemented on your Account

9. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the triton77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data, is the property of triton77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit any triton77 content without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

1. The triton77 Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" basis. triton77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the absence of errors.
2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, triton77 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or data; (b) indirect, consequential, or special damages; (c) losses arising from Platform unavailability, technical errors, or third-party service failures; or (d) your failure to comply with your obligations under these Terms.
3. Nothing in these Terms limits triton77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which triton77 holds its international gaming authority licence.
2. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the triton77 Platform, you must first contact triton77 support in writing to seek resolution. triton77 will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt.
3. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with triton77, either party may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution mechanism provided by triton77's licensing authority.

12. Amendments to These Terms

1. triton77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or notification within the Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date, where reasonably practicable.
2. Your continued use of the triton77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
